Maximum's warehouse contains several live tanks capable of holding up to 45,000 pounds. The tanks are monitored 24/7 to ensure that each species is healthy and ready for consumption at the time of harvesting. Once the product has been picked from the tanks, it's placed in travel totes and delivered to the customer live. Nothing can beat this level of fresh.

Our long-standing relationships with these fishermen and women allow us access to premium product no matter the global demand. We support our suppliers and in turn they take care of us. Shellfish: Maximum boasts an impressive selection of fresh shellfish including langoustines, razor clams, conch and scallops, flown in weekly from places like Ireland, Norway, and France. We also carry the staples: mussels, clams, lobsters, and a wide variety of oysters from both coasts of Canada and the USA.
Fillets: From Iceland to BC , our production facility produces premium fillets, portions and custom cuts to satisfy your unique needs.
Maximum is a direct importer of over 1,000 frozen seafood products, allowing our customers to enjoy their favourite delicacies all year round.
