Our group of companies operates across 200,000 square feet of refrigerated warehouse. We have dedicated spaces for lobster and live fish holding, a large freezer for working inventory, and areas for custom cuts and portioning. Our further processing rooms handle the production and packaging of various value-added products.

Ensuring food safety is crucial, and our facilities undergo regular federal inspections to safeguard our workers and product quality.

Our plants are certified by either British Retail Consortium (BRC) or Safe Quality Food (SQF) and are federally inspected by CFIA, reflecting our commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and food safety practices.
